Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING:

Once your payment is received your painting will be carefully packaged and ready to ship within 3-4 days. I ship from USPS and will send a tracking number for your package. Please contact me if you would like your painting shipped internationally so that I can calculate shipping costs.

PAYMENT:
Payment is accepted through paypal via credit card or e-check. (Items won’t ship until check or e-check is cleared.) Your personal information is not kept on file at Sue Grilli Studio.

RETURNS:

I want you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase. Original artworks look more beautiful when viewed in person but if you are not happy with your painting please contact me so we can resolve. You will be responsible for shipping the painting back to me. Refunds for purchase price will be made for returns received in the same original condition within 14 days.
