Giving Thanks

Giving Thanks
November 23, 2015 Sue

With Thanksgiving approaching this week it is a time that I stop ( for a moment) and reflect on all of the things I am thankful for. I’m sure this sounds somewhat cliche but there has been so much in my life that I am grateful for, from small material items to the big picture ideas. I am not going to bore you with my list of items as I’m sure we all have many things to be thankful for.

But there is one thing I would like to say thanks for here and that is for all of my friends and family who have supported me through this creative journey of mine. It has been a long and winding road for me with many ups and downs but they have always been there for me. Thanks!

So to share in this Thankful mode I have painted a special printable for you all. I had found the design for this painting on a blog called Hawthorne & Main and Shonee was kind enough to allow me to use her original design which was a chalkboard print. She has a great blog that is both Rustic & Modern design, take a moment to check it out.  I took that and worked some watercolor magic to create a new printable.

Just click on the photo above and it will bring you to my shop where you can purchase the printable for Free. Add it to the cart even though the price is zero and continue through the checkout. You will receive a Thank You email where you can then click on the download. It might take a minute, it’s a large file but that makes it print nicely. I would print it on cardstock to make it a bit sturdier. Pop it in a standard size frame and you’ll have instant design for your holiday gatherings. Or it would also make a wonderful hostess gift if you are visiting this holiday season.

I hope you enjoy!

And many thanks for all of your support!!

    Hi Sue,

Thanks for the printable. Yes, it might be cliche but sometimes cliches are there for a reason. I always appreciate Thanksgiving. I think it is one of the best holidays because of its intent.

Thanks for the gift Sue, so thoughtful of you. I agree with you that my gifts are way too numerous to list here. I have to say at the top of my list is my health. I am so grateful to be healthy and to have the ability to do the work which I am doing. My last retreat of the year was November 7th and I am grateful to the women who participated in the retreat. It is such an honor to witness the honesty, openness, vulnerability and courage of these women. Lots of Blessings to count this Thanksgiving:)
